KINTSUGI: SOMATIC TRAUMA HEALING LIVE WORKSHOP

The Somatic Workshop for Women Whose Bodies Are Done Performing

A live, 2-hour online workshop for high-achieving women who've done the therapy, read the books, and still can't figure out why their body won't let go.

This is for you if...

  • You've done therapy — maybe years of it. You can explain your patterns perfectly. You just can't stop living them.

  • Your body keeps flaring — the autoimmune symptoms, the tightness, the exhaustion that shows up right when things are finally going well.

  • You'd rather absorb the conflict than start it, even when you're the one who ends up hurt.

  • You look like you have it together. Deadlines hit. Everyone handled. Always the reliable one. And no one would guess what it's costing you to keep it that way.

  • You know exactly what's "wrong," in theory. Understanding it hasn't fixed it.

  • Somewhere in your body, you're still bracing for something that already happened.

If two or more of these landed, you're one of my people. Keep reading.

Why talking about it wasn't enough?

Here's the part almost no one tells you in therapy: your mind can fully understand a trauma and your body can still be running it on a loop.

Somatics go beyond mindset work. Instead of reframing the story or talking through it one more time, we work directly with your body and your nervous system — the 95% of you that isn't running on conscious thought, and the part that's actually been holding the pattern all along.

That's the idea behind Kintsugi — the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold. Not hiding the crack. Not pretending it never happened. Making the repair itself part of the story, visible and strong.

This workshop is your first real experience of that kind of repair — in your body, live, in a safe and held space, in one sitting.

Your Inner World Shapes Your Outer Reality

Stop giving away your power and apologizing for your presence. You were meant to take up space, shake things up, and feel pleasure and abundance.

"Regulation" isn't about being palatable. It's about being unabashedly embodied and honoring your inherent wholeness.

What happens live?

Ground.

We start by getting your nervous system out of high alert and into the present moment — without forcing calm you don't feel.

Understand

A clear, non-clinical walkthrough of why chronic pain, autoimmune flares, and the pressure to keep performing so often live downstream of trauma.

Process

A guided somatic practice to help your body begin releasing what it's been holding — not just talking about it, moving through it.

Integrate

Space to sit with what came up, ask questions, and be witnessed in a group that gets it — no performing required.

You don't need to be "flexible," experienced with somatics, or good at sitting still. You just need to show up.

Meet Dr. Jesse Glaze

I've been working in the trauma field for over 12 years. I hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Master's in Psychology, with a thesis on trauma, so I've studied this from both sides: the body and the mind.

My work blends the wisdom of ancient somatic practices with modern trauma research, because healing doesn't happen from the neck up. It happens in the body, where the trauma actually lives.

I'm not a guru. I'm a guide. This workshop is a held, client-led space, not a lecture, not a performance, not another place you have to have it together.

If you're ready to stop explaining your pain and start actually moving it, I'm so glad you found me.

What clients say

Dr. Glaze has an exceptional scope of skills and continues to surprise me with the tools she shares. This week, she guided me through hypnosis with tapping to help break through a major block, and I am still vibing from the clarity and confidence I felt during our session. I have gone to her for shadow work, nervous system regulation work, and somatic healing, all with impressive results. Call her! -

Questions you might be asking yourself

I've already done years of therapy. Will this actually be different?

Yes — because this isn't more talking. Therapy is often where you understand your story. This is where your body actually gets to finish what it started.

I'm not a yoga person, and I'm not that 'in tune with my body.' Can I still do this?

You don't need any experience with somatics, yoga, or breathwork. If you have a body and you're willing to show up, that's enough.

What if I can't make it live?

Register anyway — you'll get the replay. But this work lands differently live, in real time, with the group holding the space. Show up if you possibly can.

Is this the same as therapy?

No. This is somatic education and practice, not a substitute for therapy or medical care. It's meant to work alongside what you're already doing — not replace it.

Will I have to share, perform, or be on camera?

No performing required. You're welcome to participate as much or as little as feels right. This is a witnessed space, not a stage.

What if this brings up a lot? Is it actually safe?

That's exactly why it's guided and held, not self-directed. We move at a pace your nervous system can actually handle — the goal is regulation, not overwhelm.

Your body has been trying to tell you something for a long time. This is one evening to finally listen.
